Festival Season Is Upon Us! YaY!!

WE ARE ALL SO READY TO GET OUT AND DANCE AND SHAKE OUR BONES!

The Skull & Roses festival is just around the corner! April 7th-10th, 2022.
The Ventura County Fairgrounds is an amazing venue and even more so for this festival!!
I remember a few Dead shows there that were amazing! They were really hot (*wear a hat ) and dusty and sweaty and sticky but we all had so much fun! We loved that the ocean was right there and we jumped in often! Also, there are beach showers that were freezing and wonderful! I know that those of you attending this festival will have an awesome time, too!

Join your friends, family, and our well-knit community “down that highway where ocean breezes blow” and explore unique interpretations of all things Grateful Dead at the Skull & Roses Festival!

(((WHAT A LINEUP)))

Featuring TWO nights of Phil Lesh as well as Dark Star Orchestra, Oteil Burbridge & Friends, Leftover Salmon “Workingman’s Salmon”, Melvin Seals and JGB, Grateful Shred, Sages And Spirits, and BoomBox, and MANY more!

Experience a whole new layout with a massive upgraded turntable stage, supreme sound, a new “Oasis” area to chill, local beer & expanded food vendors, a first-of-its-kind limited edition poster series based on the 5 theme nights, and ALL the things that make a west coast “convention of Deadheads” what it is!

ALL of the cool kids are meeting up for an amazing JAMFEST!! Non-stop, I tell you! Each day and night is full of amazing music and musicians who will not disappoint! I was tripping out on how the heck they arranged the PERFECT bands that complement each other for each day/night!?? I do have a number of favs but am really stoked to see Phil & Friends and Cubensis will be jammin’ their tushies off, too! This is gonna be sweet! I’m pretty sure there’ll be a lot of very happy campers!

The Grateful Store- The Days Between Festival

This festival celebrates Jerry Garcia. He was born on August 1, 1942, and died on August 9, 1995. The nine days between Jerry’s birthday and his passing are considered “The Days Between”. Really hope you guys can make the trek to this festival!! It’s in a beautiful location in Northern California. Very Kid friendly, with a deadicated KID ZONE, GRATE camping, and good food, too!!
The lineup this year is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! We’re talking DSO – Melvin Seals & The JGB along with Jerry’s Middle Finger, Steve Kimock, and my current jam funk fav, Dumpstaphunk! Gotta love good funkadelic grooves! This will be a summer highlight, for sure!

Phil & Friends at The Frost!!

Phil will be in concert at The Frost on June 4th, 2022! This is going to be a show that you should not miss! Since the recent closing of Terrapin Crossroads, we’ve been eager for more PHIL!! I know that Phil is looking forward to playing – he’s booked into the Skull & Roses Festival in April and Levitate Music and Arts Festival in July. This will be a summer of amazing music for West Coasters AND East Coasters and all those in between! Speaking of which, The Days Between Festival in August is an absolute must!

The Frost Amphitheater is a legendary venue. The Grateful Dead, Santana, CCR, Hot Tuna, and many many more have played there! It’s a GRATE place to see any shows!
